Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

    • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped, including tracking details (if available).

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • We ship through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post.

    • Standard Shipping (Ground): Typically 3–7 business days.

    • Freight Shipping: Required for oversized or heavy items such as motors, frames, or weight stacks and bulk orders. Delivery times vary based on carrier schedules and destination.

    • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for cross-border shipments).

  3. Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method.

    • Large or oversized parts may require a custom freight quote. Our team will contact you directly if this applies.

  4. International Shipping

    • We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

    • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping charges.

  5. Order Tracking

    • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

  6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

    • If items arrive damaged, take photos and contact us immediately. If shipped on a pallet, please mark the item as “damaged upon arrival” on the Bill of Lading.  Contact us via Email at [email protected] to initiate a claim.

    • If your shipment is lost, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.

  7. Local Pickup

    • Local pickup may be available at our warehouse.

    • Customers who select “Local Pickup” at checkout will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready.
