Refunds and Returns Policy

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Certain items, such as electrical components, special-order parts, and clearance items, are final sale and not eligible for return.

  2. Return Authorization

    • Customers must contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any item.

    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Restocking Fee

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on product type and condition.

    • Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to our error.

  5. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items

    • Photos may be required to process a replacement or refund claim.

  7. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. Customers must return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the replacement item.
