Refunds and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, such as electrical components, special-order parts, and clearance items, are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Authorization
Customers must contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on product type and condition.
Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos may be required to process a replacement or refund claim.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. Customers must return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the replacement item.
